About me

My name is Gerhard Beyerl and I opened this shop to introduce you to the beauties of minerals and gemstones, and perhaps you too will be inspired and fascinated by this special hobby.
Minerals are like the naturalness and splendor of flowers, but the advantage is that they do not fade and will keep their beauty forever. Not only gemstones, but also the minerals themselves are a feast for the eyes, and every piece is unique worldwide.
Another advantage of this hobby is that it is also a special kind of investment. Fewer and fewer minerals and gemstones are being found worldwide, some of them are already very rare and therefore sought after. Accordingly, some have already become very expensive.
An example of this is the mining in the Tanzanite mines of Africa; this rare gemstone is only found in Africa and is in high demand. It is assumed that the mines will be exhausted in a few years and that this stone will increase greatly in value as an investment.
The most famous gemstones such as ruby, emerald, and sapphire have become very rare in larger pieces and are accordingly expensive.
But even lesser-known gemstones, such as tourmaline, blue topaz, zircon, and amethyst, are worth investing in.
Minerals and gemstones should always be bought from experienced dealers, as they vouch for their authenticity.
In my shop, you will find many faceted gemstones with inclusions. The advantage is that the stones are more affordable, as flawless stones cost many times more, and with these stones, you can be 99% sure that they are natural.
Mineralogy and gemmology are, of course, sciences in themselves, but if you spend enough time with gemstones, you will soon be able to check one or more stones for authenticity yourself.
I import minerals from Africa, China, Brazil, and India. If you want to buy special stones (regarding shape, size, color, or clarity), write to me, perhaps I can procure exactly that stone for you.
I invite you to be enchanted by the pictures as you browse my website, and should you have any questions, I will gladly answer them by email.
